（中央社記者黃麗芸台北5日電）總統蔡英文今天表示，政府會全力支持科技發展，當務之急就是科技基本法的修改，若立院審議通過，包括研究人員到新創公司兼任董事及科研成果收入都可放寬、彈性應用。
蔡總統上午出席科技部在國家圖書館演講廳舉辦的「第十次全國科學技術會議」。
她致詞時表示，4年一度的全國科技會議是科技界非常重要的盛事，政府、民間、學術和產業可藉此充分討論，擬定新的戰略方向，這次會議主軸為「智慧、低碳、健康、永續」，也是過去以來大家對國家發展方向最大的期待。
蔡總統也保證，政府會全力支持科技發展，當務之急就是科技基本法的修改，行政院10月時已通過科技基本法的修正案，目前已送請立法院審議。
她表示，若國會順利通過此案，未來研究人員到新創公司兼任董事的規定可放寬；同時，研究發展成果的收入，也可讓研究單位彈性處理和應用。
總統指出，產學研三方面的連結必須要受到更多鼓勵，才能讓最新的研發落實在產業上，也能讓最優秀的人才在各個領域充分發揮專業。1051205
