NBA勇士隊14日客場痛擊鵜鶘隊，史提芬柯瑞獨得30分，卓雷蒙格林繳出12分、12籃板、10助攻，本季第1次大三元，幫助勇士113比109逆轉勝，此波客場5連戰以4勝1敗收場，並拿下跨季對戰鵜鶘6連勝，連同季後賽的話則是10連勝。
鵜鶘打完半場領先8分，板凳球員貢獻最大，蓋洛威20分、5籃板，佛雷澤13分、8助攻，替補球員攻下52分，比勇士的二線球員還多出34分，然而，比賽勝負還是要看雙方先發球員的戰鬥力。
進入決勝節，勇士柯瑞、杜蘭特與格林聯手發威，單節只讓鵜鶘得到15分，加上杜蘭特在關鍵時刻送出一記麻辣鍋，以及格林兩罰破網，勇士才得以驚險拿下本季第22勝，繼續傲視全聯盟。
勇士格林大三元表現出色，然而柯瑞才是「抓鳥高手」，場均36.5分，更在11月8日單場飆進13顆三分球，改寫NBA紀錄。柯瑞14日延續過往對上鵜鶘的好手感，23投11中，三分球9投5中，攻下30分，最近5場比賽最佳演出。
